Embroidery has a 24 piece minimum per design. Pricing is based on stitch count (how big and dense the design is), the garment, and quantity, so a small left-chest logo costs less than a large back design. Bigger runs bring the per-piece cost down.

There are no setup or digitizing surprises, we quote it all up front. Repeat customer with a smaller run? Ask us, we can often do less than 24 for orders we already have on file.

Standard embroidery turnaround is 10 to 14 business days from art approval. Embroidery takes a little longer than printing because your design has to be digitized (turned into a stitch file) before it runs on the machine.

On a deadline? Rush is sometimes possible depending on our schedule, so tell us your date up front and we'll be honest about whether we can hit it.

Send the best version of your logo you have. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) are ideal; high-resolution PNG or TIFF works too. We digitize your art into a stitch file and send a free proof before anything runs.

Only have a rough logo? We can clean it up and prep it for embroidery, and we'll flag any fine details that won't stitch cleanly at small sizes before you commit.
